Together with Daniel Adams-Ray I did the branding for his hiphop group Snooks second album ÄR.
The swedish word "är" means "is" or "am" and reflects the content of the album. We made use of the pyramid representation of Maslovs hierarchy of needs as a main shape throughout the graphic identity. In combination with a simple two color scheme and strict typo the identity was easily recognisable.
We applied the identity to range of promotional items including the album cover which featured a custom slipcase. For the spreads of the booklet we made a set of abstract illustrations/montages. They all consist of imagery with connection to the groups members lifes.
